I hadn’t planned on choosing a word for the year, mostly because I didn’t really have the time to think about it.
However, as I was brushing my teeth a few minutes into 2024 I thought that in this coming year I want to be and stay connected.
Connected to God. His truth, grace, love and peace. I want to make time to read his word, to pray and to be with other believers.
Connected to people. A new baby opens the door for many new connections which I am looking forward to. However, more than that I want to connect more deeply with my existing friends.
Connected to myself. Make time to be creative, spend time in nature, move my body. To write, sing, and meditate.
