My favourite Christian podcasts

2 min read

In my opinion, podcasts are such a great invention. I love that I am able to learn, be entertained, feel seen and inspired while going for a walk, knitting or cooking dinner. I have a few favourite podcasts that I wanted to share with you. Rather than giving you a super long list of various shows, I decided to break them up by genre.

So, here a re a few of my favourite Christian podcasts!

The best Christian podcasts (in my opinion)

The Go + Tell Gals Podcast

The Go + Tell Gals Podcast is hosted by Jess Connolly who I absolutely adore. She is a Christian author and business owner. She is both wise and fun! Most of the time she has a guest that she interviews or has a conversation with around a certain topic. The episodes are around 30 minutes long and quite easy to listen to. Despite the light tone there’s a lot of depth. Listening leaves me convicted and encouraged in the best ways.

The Risten Motherhood Podcast

The Risen Motherhood Podcast focuses on motherhood in light of the gospel. Emily Jensen and Laura Wilfer give a lot of perspective on the hard and mundane moments that come with being a mum. They also brought out a book which I read last year. It was excellent!

The Bible Project

You might have seen some of the videos created by the Bible Project. They also have a podcast. In them John Collins and Tim Mackey discuss the theology behind the videos and it is just fascinating.

Bridgetown Church

I am a big John Mark Comer fan and for many years he used to be lead pastor at Bridgetown Church Portland. They have many super interesting preaching series and John Mark is just a really engaging speaker.

Do you listen to podcasts? I would love to hear your recommendations!
