Let’s take a break

These last few weeks have felt a bit difficult for various reasons. Mostly because I am severely sleep deprived which makes everything worse.

However, I have also found myself scrolling a lot more and picking up my phone constantly. I don’t like behaving this way. And it’s not giving me joy. Rather, I feel slightly frazzled and annoyed over wasted time.

So, I decided to take a break. Next week SJ is off from nursery and I want to be fully present. And when the girls don’t need me I want to knit or read or bake bread or something else that lights me up.

My plan is to delete all social media apps and also take a break from posting here until the 27th of May, starting tonight.

Once I am back I will make sure to let you know how it went!
